We here at TFF are happy to announce that we will be offering alternate skins for our bosses.  But what exactly does that mean?  Does it mean that we are going to rehash all our bosses, cookie cut all of them to make a big fat lie about having 500 unique bosses?!  No way!

We believe that every boss should be unique and special, but we also think you should be able to look the way you like.  Donators will have access to alternate skins, meaning that these visually and audibly different versions of the bosses will not spawn regularly.  This does NOT mean that donators get access to a game-play style that regular users cannot.  Regular users can still play as our default base bosses, whereas donators can play as these default bosses, with a bit of flair.  Kind of like playing as a Heavy with a hat.  You are still a Heavy, meaning you move the same, attack the same, and get backstabbed by AnEpicSquirrel the same, meaning there is almost no difference in game-play.  But you can look pretty freaking awesome.

Here’s the easiest example:

- Applejack is a default boss. Regular users can play as Applejack if the random boss system selects her, while donators can choose to be her or Rainbow Dash, or Twilight Sparkle, or Pinkie Pie, or Flutter Shy, or Vinyl Scratch, or Luna, or Octavia.  Playing as let’s say, Rainbow Dash, will NOT change her rage, mobility special, or speed.  It WILL however change her visual appearance, audio, and background music.  This gives donators the ability to accessorize their boss experience to their liking.

This feature is in development, and not all the bosses will be uploaded at once.  Expect randomly downloading a new skin from time to time.

Donations are what keep our servers running.  Without donators the servers would die and we would no longer be able to provide the fun experiences that TFF can offer.
